Excellent service, reasonable postage costs. Good phone customer services - added another item to my order without insisting I set up a new order and pay postage again. The usual issue with fancy dress is the sizing. I ordered a costume sized as medium with specific chest and waist measurements displayed. When it arrived the packaging clearly stated is as medium with different, smaller, measurements. I anticipated an argument over who paid return postage as the size was incorrect on the website, but the costume was actually made bigger than stated not the packaging. I don t know is this was just sheer lock or if the company measure the real measurements of costumes as made rather then just take the notional size on the packet (some companies of do this). Would use again.
